4. Bookings & Payments

  • All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot.

  • The remaining payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash and bank transfer.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your booking fee.

  • No-shows may be refused future bookings.

6. Client Responsibilities

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time and disclose all relevant health conditions.

  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

  • Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Failure to comply may result in service refusal.
